Staying Fit at SFO
Late last year we produced an exercise video DVD for San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
The project had its beginnings in 2007. We were approached by Vivienne Fleischer and Andrew Blumenfeld of Performance Based Ergonomics. They provide ergonomics training for employees at SFO.

SFO has received awards for its health and wellness programs, which are an integral part of their corporate culture. They were enthusiastic about Vivienne and Andrew's stretching, cardio, and conditioning workouts, and wanted a DVD that employees could practice with on their own. The request came from the employees themselves.
It was funded through Mayor Gavin Newsom's Shape Up San Francisco initiative. The project was carefully planned so that it could be shot at the SFO, using actual SFO employees as models receiving instructor-led group exercises.
It took a massive amount of planning and rehearsal, culminating in a very full day of shooting with a full crew. The result is a DVD that has a series of workout segments for each of the areas: stretching, cardio, & conditioning, and a menu system that lets you to choose any of the segments.
Vivienne and Andrew's other clients have asked for the same content, either online, or on DVD. We just finished a 75 second promo video that gives a good taste of the project.
